I want all donations made by myself to St Nicholas Church of England Primary School and/or to St Nicholas School Building & Maintenance Fund to be treated as Gift Aid donations until I notify you otherwise. I note that this arrangement will not affect the amount of tax that I pay. I also note that I should tell you if I don't pay an amount of income or capital gains tax equal to the amount that you are able to reclaim on my donation i.e. currently 25p for every £1 that I give.
