In Year Admissions
Enquiries regarding in-year applications should be made direct to Surrey County Council using this link:

Parents will be advised of the outcome of an in-year application within 10 school days but within a maximum of 15 school days. Parents have the right of appeal and details are on the Surrey County Council website, please see this link for further information:

NB: Appeals will not start being heard until after the relevant closing date has passed.
Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline or 30 school days of being lodged, whichever is the later date.
Appellants will be sent notification of their appeal hearing at least 10 clear working school days in advance of the hearing. Appellants will be sent a copy of the school's case 7 clear working days in advance of the hearing.
Appellants must ensure that any further evidence not included with their initial appeal, is received by 5pm on the day preceding three clear working days. Any additional evidence or information received after this day might not be considered at the appeal hearing.

ADMISSIONS POLICY CONSULTATION 2027/2028 ‐

Please see the draft copy below of the 2027/2028 admission policy for St Nicholas Church of England School.
The Governing Body is required to consult on its admission arrangements, in accordance with the School Admissions Code and the following changes have been made to the policy.
- Moving Priority 7 which is given to children and parents who have attended worship at St Nicholas School at least monthly for a period of 12 months but who do not live in the Parish of Shepperton to Priority 5.
The consultation process runs for six weeks from 28th November 2025 and ends on 9th January 2026. If you wish to make any comments, please email info@stnicholas-shepperton.surrey.sch.uk by 9th January 2026.
